Manor Court is a residential aged care home in the heart of Werribee. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role will contribute to the provision of high-quality services for our residents and responsible for maintaining the internal and external buildings and grounds ensuring the environment is safe, clean & healthy for residents and staff.
The role will include effective routine maintenance that meets the standards determined by the regulatory authorities and will deliver an effective and responsive maintenance and asset management service within the context of the organisation's objectives and plans.
If you have previous experience as a handyperson, trades assistant or trade background please apply.
The role will be part-time 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $28.86 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
