The Role:

- Reception duties including but not limited to;
- Arriving patients
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Answering phones
- Supporting the senior management team in daily quality improvement activities
- Liaising with external health providers as required, such as psychologists, dietitians and other specialists
- Working together with other receptionists to support the smooth running of the consulting sessions

The finer details:

- Approximately 18 to 24 hours per week across 3 days, plus 1 Saturday per month.
- Ability to cover unexpected leave and other planned leave highly desirable

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
