You will be working with a really strong team of finance professionals who will guide you and support you to be successful in the role.

Working within our Finance Team, the Accounts Receivable Officer is principally responsible for the provision of timely and accurate accounts receivable, primarily client billing, reconciliations, statements, and banking functions
- Setup of complete and accurate debtor records
- Manage from admissions to discharges.
- Requests to raise invoices are entered promptly into the system
- Provision of accurate accounts receivable data when requested
- Maintain an effective, efficient and accurate fees and charges database
- Ensure resident and clients fees and charges information is accurately updated in a timely manner
- Undertake accurate and timely resident and client billing and refunds

**About You**
- Experience in the health or aged care sector preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable, debt collection and general finance administration
- Experience and expertise in timely and accurate accounting service delivery
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
- Reliable and efficient with a positive “can-do” attitude
