**Why we need you**

You will be a part of a practice that provides services to children and adults in the clinic, school/kinder, nursing homes and home settings. We provide both individual and group-based interventions.

We are looking for a Psychtherapist who is self-motivated, shows initiative and can work within a team-based approach.

You will join the amazing team of 24 Speech Pathologists, 11 Occupational Therapists, 4 Psychologist, Specialist Teachers, AHA, and a fully supportive Customer Service Team.

Ideally, you will possess:

- A desire to improve the lives of young people and their families
- Experience working with the Paediatric population with a variety of presentations
- A desire for a workplace that values work-life balance and allows flexibility in hours with some work from home.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver assessments, recommendations & therapy
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families and significant others (including carers & children), as well as within the PSP team
- Commitment to accurate program records and high-quality reports with functional recommendations and strategies.
- Bachelors of Counselling
- ACA or PACFA Registration (required)
- 2+ Years experience
- Working with children check (paid)
- Police check - clear
- First aid certificate
- CPR
- Current PI and PL insurance.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
