Cyclebar Experience

**KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet members and welcome them to the studio
- Help members with checking in for their ride and shoe fitting
- Assist members with setting up their bike and go through the class format, monitors and stats
- Cleaning of Studio bathrooms and toilets
- Sales calls
- Washing and folding towels
- Writing on lockers and checking milestone rides and birthdays
- Grassroots Marketing
- Learning and managing member bookings through the PIQ system
- Managing prospects and members through ClubReady

**OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Must present for work well groomed
- Must wear 1 cycle bar branded item of clothing to each shift
- 1 x Social Media post per shift (Cyclebar related)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Sales experience preferred with a willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, great negotiation skills

Aim to sell 10 memberships a month

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
