Multiple Opportunities Available - Tweed Heads

As a Coordinator your role is to coordinate the delivery of day-to day services and supports, in a disability 24/7 residential setting, to deliver quality person-centred outcomes whilst ensuring service standards are met and programs are operated within program guidelines. You will facilitate and report on outcomes for clients and their families and take on a leadership role in bringing about a positive and thriving team culture. Full time and part time opportunities on offer with a Monday to Friday business hours roster.

Criteria:

- Cert IV in relevant industry Qualification and/or significant relevant experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Clearance Check
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
- Ability to coordinate a complex workload by way of planning and organisation of priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
- Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators
- Capacity to interpret and work within relevant program guidelines and to monitor service provision within a given budget.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
