**About the role**:
This role will partner with our leaders as part of the HR team and is responsible for the strategic and operational Talent Acquisition for white collar/professional roles, while mentoring and supporting junior team members.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be highly agile and will be able to influence continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition space.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Duties**:

- Co-ordinate the recruitment process
- Design and implement Talent Acquisition strategy and campaigns
- Lead proactive talent search activities
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Develop the TA calendar and determine which events Centurion should have a presence at such as recruitment fairs and university careers days
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Prepare, maintain and analyse recruitment statistics to identify trends
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and industry bodies
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives
- Develop talent pipelines and communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools
- Research and identify emerging talent acquisition trends in the employment market and transport & logistics industry
- Regularly review the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process and initiatives, and recommend/develop improvements
- Champion and role model the Centurion core values and expected behaviours

**Essentials**:

- Sense of humour
- Internal recruitment experience
- Ability to manage a large fast-paced portfolio
- Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements and different employment contractual arrangements
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations that enables influence amongst business leaders
- Previous experience leading direct reports
- Transport and Logistics Industry knowledge (highly desirable)
