F&b Supervisor

**A day in the life**

You’ll be an integral part of our F&B Operations in a truly service-oriented position. You’ll be working with the F&B Operations Manager in guiding a team of dedicated F&B professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.

We’re looking for leaders who are adaptable, resilient and who have a ‘can-do’ attitude. As an integral part of management, you’ll help to set the standards by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.

**We’re looking for**
- Experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills who enjoys new challenges and fast paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of F&B service procedures.
- At least 6 months experience leading or supervising high turnover café & bar operations. Good knowledge of F&B service procedures.
- Well presented with great communication skills.
- Have an eye for detail with the ability to manage time and staff effectively.
- A positive and motivational attitude toward all challenges
- An ability to thrive under pressure and direct your team in a high paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Food and Workplace Safety practices.
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
