We are a small maintenance company servicing owners corporation properties in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. The position open is for a roaming caretaker performing cleaning and gardening while liaising with owners and residents regarding the property's condition.

If you are self-motivated, enjoy physical/aerobic exercise, have excellent attention to detail and are a good communicator we would love to hear from you. Experience as a caretaker, cleaner or gardener is a plus but not a necessity. Australian driver’s licence is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $31.15 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
