OSMAC has an opportunity for a reliable and motivated 1st or 2nd Apprentice to commence their career as a Boilermaking Apprentice, working on the Southside of Brisbane/Northern end of the Gold Coast with one of our highly regarded host employers that specialise in structural steel.
Our client is looking to expand their team, due to recent growth in workloads and is ready to take on an additional apprentice, that has the passion and is eager to learn all aspects of the Fabrication Trade.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The work will primarily involve fabrication and using MIG welding for Steel beams as well as other components for a variety of construction projects. Great opportunity with a small team, one on one learning and some site work involved. These guys are happy to train the right person with a brilliant attitude, so all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

- Able to retain information and have the right attitude towards work
- Be well-presented, punctual, reliable with a good attendance record
- Current manual drivers’ licence and reliable car
- Sound mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be motivated and have a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions including all processes and procedures
- Ability to work safely
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Live locally on the Gold Coast or surrounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $14.70 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
