Chippendale, Australia Toby’s Estate Full time

**About us**:
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997 in the gritty streets of Woolloomooloo, where passion and a beat-up coffee roaster in Mum's garage set us on a wild adventure. Fast forward 26 years, we're an energetic team of coffee enthusiasts and a merry band of misfits united by a love for doing amazing things and pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

At Toby’s Estate, you'll immerse yourself in a brand with a rich history and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Enjoy flexible working arrangements, recharge leave, and, of course, all the coffee you can drink.

**Why join us as our Inventory Planner?**

We’re looking for a **_part-time_** **Inventory Planner to join our team. Reporting to the Inventory Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. At Toby’s Estate, we’re not just about coffee; we’re about ensuring every part of our supply chain, from green beans to tea, packaging, and accessories, runs like clockwork.

As our Inventory Planner, you’ll support our Inventory Planning Manager by ensuring the seamless flow of essential products, from forecasting and shipping to maintaining supplier relationships. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining stock levels, preventing out-of-stock situations, managing shipments, and ensuring our beloved coffee reaches our customers at its peak freshness.

**About you**:
You thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain accurate records, and are confident in managing shipping processes. Most importantly, you’re someone who can balance the needs of a dynamic supply chain with the flexibility of part-time hours.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in inventory planning (FMCG experience is a bonus but not essential).
- Strong communication, time-management skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach to forecasting and planning.
- Prior experience managing supplier relationships.

If you’re ready to make an impact in a role that sits at the heart of our operations while also having the flex to work **_part-time_**, we’d love to hear from you
