“STUDYNET” is an International student placement organisation based on Sydney CBD. We are specialised in detailed counselling, settlement services, and professional learning guidance to international students studying in Australia. we currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane as well as three overseas branches in Malaysia and Bangladesh.

Currently we are looking for a sale driven individual to work as an Education Consultant position full-time basis with our Sydney & Melbourne headquarter professional team.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing students with professional and comprehensive information about studying in Australian universities and institutions.
- Design a reasonable and effective study plan according to student's individual situation.
- Liaison between students, parents, and education providers
- Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system
- Other relevant student service duties

**Skills and experience**
- Must have tertiary qualifications
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
- Have knowledge of Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations)
- Ability to get the job done from individual and team (take the ownership of the position)
