Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for promoting excellence in Quality, Health, and Safety, as well as Environmental Systems? We're searching for a dedicated HSE - Systems professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive gap analysis on HSEQ systems according to relevant ISO and OFSC Criteria for Health and Safety systems, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with the Systems team to review and align HSEQ procedures with jurisdictional requirements and ISO standards.
- Offering support to the Systems Team on various improvement and implementation projects.
- Carrying out internal audits of HSEQ management systems in accordance with gap analysis.
- Supervising the resolution of non-conformances identified during internal audits.

**Requirements**:

- Essential experience in ISO Systems auditing, with an additional advantage of familiarity with the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) experience.
- In-depth knowledge and practical exposure to Occupational/Work Health and Safety Legislation across different jurisdictions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling critical analysis of existing systems and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Profound research, review, and interpretation capabilities enabling the proposal of improvements to the accredited system.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate, evaluate, and devise solutions for identified systems issues.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities, facilitating task management and completion within designated time frames, contributing to team goals.
- A self-driven approach to executing project tasks independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital platforms.
- The ability to create and review Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality learning materials for seamless integration into the Learning Management System (LMS).
