Digital Marketing Executive

**Reports To**:
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

**About the role**:
The Digital Marketing Executive role is responsible for assisting in the strategy and execution of Digital Media Channels, in particular (however not limited to) Paid Search, Social Media, Online Video and Programmatic across the Amart Brand.

They are accountable to the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager in driving results to hit targets and the overarching strategic business goals of Amart.

This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you will be working within a wider team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand and are passionate about all things Digital Marketing

Some of your duties will include:

- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure digital media channel campaigns are supporting Amart business Brand objectives
- Working closely with the Marketing team to ensure all Paid Media assets are updated to reflect the Trade Calendar where required.
- Working closely with our media partners to ensure that all briefs are clear and have clear KPIs and goals assigned.
- Working closely with our media publishers in alignment with our media agencies to ensure that all Performance BAU Channels such as SEM and Social Media meet industry best practises
- Working closely with the Direct Marketing team to ensure message parity with EDM and SMS channels
- Pulling insights and reports clearly on Digital Media performance where required with clear actionable insights.
- Ensuring budget is spent across Digital Media Channels efficiently
- Assisting the agency in creating content digital media strategies that increase customer engagement, brand advocacy and loyalty.

A bit about you:

- Minimum of 2+ years’ in Performance Media - particularly SEM, Social and/or Programmatic
- Degree in Marketing or similar field
- You have experience with Search, Social and Analysis tools e.g. Google Analytics, SA360 and Keyword Planner
- Experience in driving efficient performance campaigns based on targets or brand objectives
- You love data and analysis and determining the ‘why’
- Effective Written & Verbal Communicator
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong Computer Skills - with Office Programs but in particular Microsoft Excel
- Agency background desirable
