Hygiene Technician

Their forward thinking approach and understanding of their market has created an opportunity to further expand their team with a Hygiene Technician, which will be instrumental in the future success of their branch.

**As the Hygiene Technician, you will be required to**:

- Ensure consistency and quality of service delivery as instructed and trained. Duties include servicing/exchange of washroom waste bins, installing/servicing of air fresheners, soap services, paper dispensers.
- Completing all associated paperwork
- Provide courteous customer service and ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and requests.
- Prompt escalation of any issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority.

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience as a Hygiene Technician or Cleaner (residential, commercial and industrial cleaners welcome to apply).
- Self-Motivated and organised individual that strives to excel
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery
- Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive manner.
- Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated commitment to quality service delivery and improvement.
- Understanding of Hazard Identification
