As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained physical and psychological injuries at work. You will lead the proactive management and prevention of injuries in the workplace, collaborating with employers and their people to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

You will utilise your clinical skills across a diverse workload, servicing insurance, Government, corporate and disability settings, with the ability to positively influence recovery from injury through negotiation with key stakeholders. You will be conducting ADL, FCE and ergonomic assessments, as well as making workplace modification recommendations for clients across the corporate and disability sectors. As a rehabilitation consultant, your ability to work closely with clients and key stakeholders is essential, which means you will spend your time working AUTONOMOUSLY & FLEXIBLY between a team office environment, out and about in workplaces making a difference, as well as case conferencing with medical and specialist practitioners to drive positive outcomes.

Our dynamic Warragul team is seeking a dedicated allied health professional with qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology and Social Work to support our clients on a part time basis. **To excel in this role, you'll have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body - AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA, AASW
- Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience conducting various clinical assessments
- A current Working with Children Check
- A current licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- A desire to help people rehabilitate and make a positive difference in your community
