**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist commercial lawyer in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on various commercial law topics and prepare summaries and analyses for attorney review.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between lawyers, clients, and external parties involved in commercial transactions.
- Support lawyer in preparing for meetings, hearings, and court proceedings related to commercial litigation matters.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years exp working as a paralegal in a commercial law capacity.
- Strong understanding of commercial law principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
