Construction Cadet

**Construction Cadet Role - Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and procurement tasks.
- Conduct site visits, assist with quality checks, and liaise with supervisors.
- Perform general site labor tasks as required to support project progress.
- Learn and adhere to construction standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Driver's License** (essential for site travel).
- **White Card** (construction induction certification).
- Personal Protective Equipment (**PPE**), including steel-capped boots, high-visibility clothing, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses (mandatory for site work).
- Willingness to engage in both administrative duties and hands-on site work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
