Pivotus is a successful privately owned digital media agency. We are looking to grow by adding in an experienced PPC Trader to work in one of our key teams.
While the role description below primarily focusses on social platforms, it is also advantageous for you to have solid SEM abilities.
**Roles as an PPC Trader**
**Market Analysis and Client Collaboration**:
- Collaborating with clients and performance teams to analyse market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Use market insights to refine advertising strategies and campaign messaging.
**Strategic Planning**:
- Develop comprehensive advertising policies and strategies to align with the company's sales objectives.
- Identify target markets and demographics to create advertising campaigns that resonate with the intended audience.
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Collaborating with the Performance Lead and Trading team to meticulously plan, execute, and optimise campaigns, ensuring the achievement of campaign performance and internal revenue targets.
- Ensuring campaign setup, optimization, delivery, and reporting align with industry best practices and hitting the KPI’s.
- Adhering to quality assurance processes. Managing and writing ad copies for the creatives and managing the media placement depending on the platforms of advertising.
- Ensuring campaign performance and pacing meet expectations, including predefined targets such as CTR/View Rates, Conversion volumes, and flighting.
- Managing campaign expenditures to surpass client expectations while maximising Pivotus' margin as defined by the Trading Dashboard targets.
**Media Placement**:
- Plan and execute media placement strategies, including selecting the most suitable platforms and outlets for advertising.
- Negotiate media contracts and manage advertising schedules to optimise reach and impact.
**Performance Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), and hitting the desired Return on Investment (ROI)
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data to optimise campaign results.
**Compliance and Regulations**:
- Ensure that advertising materials and campaigns comply with relevant advertising regulations and guidelines.
- Stay updated on legal and ethical standards in advertising.
**Budget Management**:
- Manage advertising budgets, making sure that resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Track expenses and analyse the return on investment (ROI) of advertising campaigns.
**Communication and Reporting**:
- Utilising various advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
**Tasks Performed (Skill Points)**:
- Developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Creating compelling ad copies and creative assets for different digital channels.
- Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for improvement.
- Making data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing goals.
- Managing and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels.
- Ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve the desired marketing outcomes.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
