We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing basis. The role will be based at the Sydney International Shooting Centre (SISC), in Western Sydney and the Southern Highlands Regional Shooting Complex (SHRSC).

SISC and SHRSC are outstanding sporting, corporate and social venues. Each has a proud history of hosting major international events, including the 2000 Sydney Olympics and Paralympics at SISC. Both are held in high regard by stakeholders.

**About the role**

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and ongoing operational aspects of the Sydney International Shooting Centre (SISC) and the Southern Highlands Regional Shooting Complex (SHRSC).

You will ensure that both shooting Centres within Office of Sport’s Portfolio operate in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements for the licencing and operation of facilities. As part of this diverse role, you will also be responsible for providing supervision to work teams for effective service delivery and maintenance of Venue’s physical assets.

**About you**

You will have the ability to identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and integrate best practice into the daily operation of the Venue. You can deal effectively and professionally with client demand and the delivery of quality services while working in a complex environment.
