This position can operate remotely with the option to work 1 or 2 days per week from our Perth based office and travel to our mine sites when required.

**About this role**:
In this role, you will work closely with the regional Supply Chain functional and Asset Management (central and site) teams and be the single point of contact between Asset Management, Supply Chain and Vendors for at risk materials availability.

You will ensure accountability for monitoring expected parts fulfillment against planned work orders and maintenance plans, and act as the Supply Chain single point of contact to Asset Management.

Working closely with Asset Management to understand the future maintenance plans and associated parts requirements, you will work with the Supply Chain functions; buyers, expediting, inventory control, contract administrators and warehousing to identify materials that may be at risk of not arriving when needed as per asset management maintenance plans.

For scheduled work (planned or unplanned) material requirements you will coordinate the expediting and delivery of all materials to help ensure that they arrive in time to meet maintenance planning requirements.

Ensuring compliance to regional and global processes you will also focus on continuing to evolve the materials management maturity levels within the Region and discover ways to continue to drive value to the business.

**Your Training, Skills and Experience Checklist**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Business (Supply Chain Management preferred), Engineering, or IT field with significant experience.
- Mining, construction, utilities or other heavy industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in process and data governance or the ability to build this understanding.
- Strong inter-personal relationship skills and problem solving skills are required.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and analyse organisational needs.
- Solid PC skills using office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
