Service Advisor

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at** Macarthur Ford** in Narellan. In this role, you will excel in a dynamic environment, work effectively within a team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact, addressing customer needs and ensuring their vehicles are serviced promptly.
- Coordinate with the workshop and parts departments.
- Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, consistently aiming to enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide accurate repair quotes and effectively liaise with customers.
- Solid automotive technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS is preferred but not essential.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and customer interactions.
- Current driver’s license.
- Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail.
