**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Member Enablement Manager the Member Enablement Analyst is a key member of the Member Sentiment Team responsible for the delivery of operational excellence, governance practices and the delivery of continuous improvement activities that enhance the member experience, service proposition, reduce the risk profile or improve efficiency.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive change to deliver an enhanced member service, greater efficiency and or reduction of risk to the fund.
- Ensure the capture of key initiative details, including scope, benefits, dependencies, and timing.
- Drive end-to-end CRM change initiatives through to completion and communicate the changes with impacted stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively across the Member Sentiment team to develop, review, standardise and enhance process documentation.
- Ensure the development of accurate and complete business requirements for key project features/initiatives.
- Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

**What You’ll Need**
- Strong experience working with and uplifting a CRM system.
- Demonstrated experience within change or project management disciplines, within Financial Services.
- Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with colleagues from all levels of the Fund.
- High levels of competency, experience & strategic awareness in a delivery environment to enable them to effectively deal with the complexity of directing and delivering small, medium, and large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent organising and planning skills with the ability to co-ordinate and manage multi-discipline activities; to organise workloads in a structured and logical way; and whilst working to tight deadlines. Demonstrated strong analytical & tactical delivery skills directed at exceeding expectations.
