You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our real estate professionals. Your communication skills, persuasive abilities, and friendly demeanour will be key assets in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Communicate our value proposition effectively to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Motivation and drive to exceed targets and achieve results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
