**The Role**:
This family-owned operation has continued to expand and develop over the years with a primary focus on producing high-quality stock, maximising yields, and building weed and drought resistance. The farm encompasses over 3,500 arable acres and takes pride in wool production and their annual pasture renovation programs with the implementation of broadleafs and cereals to aid this.

This is a mixed farming enterprise, so we are in search of someone who is well-versed on all aspects of this. The business is currently joining 4,500 Merino ewes and 45 Angus breeding cattle with the aim to expand. Therefore, we are seeking someone with a passion for livestock and a good understanding of animal husbandry and the capabilities to put this into practice. Other aspects of the role include checking waters, spot spraying and all general farm maintenance including a high level of machinery operation so someone who has previous experience in this will be at an advantage.

This is a very diverse business, so we are in need of someone who is capable of helping in all aspects of the farm when required and can think on their feet.

You will be rewarded with a generous remuneration package depending on your experience. The role also comes with a nice and warm 4-bedroom home with established gardens and you will also be provided with a work Ute for work purposes. There is school bus access right past the front gate as Cooma is a 20 minute’s drive and Jindabyne is within a 40-minute drive which also provides services such as shopping, medical services, ski fields and work opportunity for partners. Another added bonus of this role is that the coast is right on the doorstep being a short 1.5 hours’ drive down the road.

- Own working dogs
- Mechanically minded
- Experience in a vast range of machinery operation
- Great communication skills

- Follow all OH&S practices
- Sounds understanding of all general farm maintenance and procedures
- Prior agriwebb experience
- HR Truck licence
