**About the role**:
We are now recruiting for a Master Production Scheduler to join the planning team. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor the focus of this role is to lead finite resource scheduling against planned weekly production buckets.

This role is permanent, full time and can based in either our Berri Estate or Adelaide CBD offices with hybrid working (2-3 days per week from home).

The key responsibility of the Master Production Scheduler is to deliver an optimized tank utilization and filling line schedule that meets company Service, Inventory, and OEE expectations while minimizing bulk wine movements and waste.

Confident communication skills, flexible solution based problem solving skills, and the ability manage multiple, concurrent timelines are key. You’ll also collaborate extensively with Operations Production leads to optimize and deliver the planned schedule and drive Overall Operational Efficiency.

**Key responsibilities include**:
You’ll be involved in a mixture of technical planning requirements, managing key stakeholders, and process optimisation.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:

- Scheduling for Glass and Cask filling lines
- Schedule Tirage, Transfer, and Fill/Label/Pack work orders for the Transfer Line, maintaining a semi-fixed campaign run schedule for Sparkling products
- Work closely with Tintara & Barossa sits to maintain high levels of connectivity and scheduling optimization.
- Vintage Roll Planning
- Purchase bulk wine from global wineries and monitor timely delivery against domestic filling schedules
- Implementing continuous Improvement initiatives across key activities

**What you'll bring**:

- 3 years experience in a planning/purchasing/production role in a high volume FMCG environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn - with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Be proactive with excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Relevant IT systems knowledge (Anaplan, COGNOS, Outlook/Teams/MS Suite)
- The ability to delegate / escalate up or within a team
- Commercial acumen to critically assess the viability of internal / external requests
