**About the role**:

- Inception of all New Project Contracts, this includes ensuring correct documentation has been provided and correct approvals obtained.
- Updating and ensuring accuracy of all Monthly spreadsheets.
- Monthly Invoicing, including collation of required supporting documentation.
- Completion of contract de-books and variations.
- Resolving all accounts receivable issues and disputes.
- Raise all required credit notes
- Generate Service linked order numbers for the project Ops team.
- Run Month end reports as required.
- Assist the other members of the OTC and projects team when required.

**About you**:

- Administration experience in a similar role
- Customer service skills (Strong service orientation)
- Team oriented approach
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Professionalism and pro-activeness
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Relationship management with both employees and customers
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Self motivated and proactive
