- **About the role**

We are looking for a** Marine** **Civil Supervisor** to join our high-performing team. Initially supporting one of our marine projects in Osborne, the role will transition into future works scheduled for South Australia.
- **Duties include but not limited to**:

- Lead and motivate the project crew responsible for reassembly of an existing shiplift, the largest in the southern hemisphere
- Allocate priorities and resources on a weekly basis
- Ensure that the progress of projects is in line with the program
- Ensure plant, equipment, material and people resources are effectively utilised
- Oversee the induction and training required for the crew
- Working together with HSEQ to ensure training requirements are met
- Closely liaise with the Project Manager for procurement of materials

**About you**:

- Trade qualification relevant to the civil construction industry
- **Cranes/heavy lift coordination experience**:

- Advanced rigging highly regarded
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications and plans
- Experience managing several crews, including self-performing and subcontractors
- Marine Civil experience of 3 to 5 years or above
- Strong health and safety leadership especially within marine environments such as working at sea conditions, with good understanding HS&E requirements
- Proven ability to lead, direct and manage groups of diverse employees
- Track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills
