**About the Role**

As Employment Services Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating aspects of timetabling, professional development, compliance, assistance with curriculum development across our Employment Services division.

The key duties of the role will be evaluating performance to gauge skills gaps & creating training programs to address these gaps in our team.

**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Evaluate performance of Employment Services staff in the IntoWork Group to identify areas where skills are lacking
- Create training programs to address skills gaps
- Liaise with Employment Services teams nationally, working predominately with teams in SA, NSW & VIC
- Liaise with the Compliance Manager on policies and procedures of the RTO to ensure they are meet Compliance requirements.
- Ensure that quality outcomes are met in an environment of continuous improvement, including timely issuance of training plans/learning support programmes, coordination of evidence collection, assessment recordings, file audit checks and sign off, competency resulting in the student management system and certificate issuances.
- Ensure that the integrity of all data is maintained by accurate input and processing by the training team.
- Ensure training and assessment documentation is completed accurately and correctly.
- Ensure all training courses are finalised in accordance with the schedule.
- Communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment is maintained. Abide by company procedures for identifying and reporting of potential hazards.

**About you**

To carry out this role you will need to have previous experience in project management and training & will hold either a Cert 3 or 4 in Training & Assessment. Knowledge of Employment Services working practices will be highly regarded.

You will be an excellent communicator and team-worker with well-developed problem solving, critical thinking & decision-making abilities. Great time management is essential

You will also need a full drivers licence.

It is a requirement of the position to undertake a National Police Check & Working with Children Check prior to appointment.
