Based in Melbourne’s West, our client is a leading wooden-pallet manufacturing and repair organisation, servicing all of Australia.

They are currently seeking experienced assembly / production workers, to join them on a casual basis with a view to permanency.

Multiple positions available Afternoon shift available.

**Duties as follows but not limited**:

- Visually inspecting pallets for signs of damage or wear and tear.
- Conducting repairs where necessary with the aid of hand and power tools (including nail gun and grinder)
- Manual handling and lifting of 25kg+ pallets.
- General housekeeping, to maintain a safe and clean workspace

**Key requirements**:

- Must initially be available for day shift
- Must be physically strong
- Must have a current driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
- Must have previous experience in assembling and repairing wooden pallets, or similar
- Must have experience operating power tools and air tools.
- Must possess full PPE, including steel-capped safety boots, work pants and a long-sleeve hi-visibility shirt.
- Must consent to random drug and alcohol testing onsite.
