**Daimler Trucks Milperra**(part of Velocity Truck Centres) is a leading Daimler franchise truck dealership located in the southwestern area of Sydney. We offer new trucks for sale from Fuso, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner, and the complete range of trucks available in Australia. As a full-service dealership, we assist with all truck needs, including truck parts, repairs and servicing for all makes of trucks.

We are seeking Apprentice Technicians to join our supportive Service team on a full-time basis.

You will have the opportunity to receive ongoing manufacturer and in house training in addition to your formal training in a modern workshop with diagnostic equipment and tooling.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the servicing of machinery under warranty
- Assist with the diagnosis and fault finding in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service
- Assist the Workshop Leading Hand and Diesel Mechanics as directed
- Assist service personnel to ensure machinery is serviced or repaired in a timely manner
- Ensure workshop is kept neat and tidy
- Ensure a safe working environment and report any safety incidents or concerns appropriately
- Motivated to learn
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Any experience working on vehicles would be beneficial
- Hold a current drivers licence
