- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with stock availability and freight enquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service
- This role requires working from the office
