**The Client**:
Work for one of the largest retirement living providers in Australia, with over 50 retirement villages and plans for significant growth in the next 12 months.

**The Opportunity**:

- Two roles available, with locations in the Northern and Western Suburbs at outstanding villages
- Sales with a heart - a focus on customer service and building and maintaining relationships
- Collaborative environment with a great team
- Structured sales process to ensure success
- Pipeline of clients to sell to
- Monday-Friday role with control over your own calendar
- Truly autonomous working from home flexibility
- Permanent full time or 12 month fixed term contract available
- Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding service
- Sales or property experience is preferred with a proven track record in selling
- Looking to establish yourself in a long-term career
- Reliable vehicle and full drivers' license
- Ability to work evenings or weekends if necessary - only to show clients through the homes

**Benefits**:

- Work from home
- Base salary + commissions + quarterly bonuses - OTE between $120k-$150k
