**We are the world's largest Crypto Casino and we are on the lookout for a Portuguese Speaking Marketing superstar to join our team and be part of the action as we enter a new market.**

**What you will do**
As the Portugese speaking language specialist on our marketing team, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our launch in your market. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of the marketing strategy for your region, which means you'll have a lot of autonomy and room to innovate.

**Our Story**:
Easygo is a well-established tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 180+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all Portugese based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for the delivery of campaigns, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability including creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
- Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Portugese market
- Collaborate with the wider content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the Portuguese market
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base

**Requirements**:
**You’re perfect for this role if you**:

- Are fluent in Portugese and English, both written and spoken
- Have retention marketing knowledge
- Are a passionate team player with the ability to work with stakeholders across departments
- Have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Are detail-oriented and well organised. You know how to prioritise, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- Can manage complexity and workload in order to progress with several tasks at a time.

**It would be a bonus if you are also (desirable)**:

- Familiar with EDM & other CRM marketing tools
- Have Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Are Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Australian work rights are preferred.
