We are currently seeking a highly organized medical receptionist/secretary for a busy cardiology practice at Malvern. The successful applicant will have a flexible attitude to work and be a good team player. This is part time position, 3-4 days a week. Hours are 9.00am to 5.00 pm but may vary according to clinic times.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Meet and greet patients on arrival

Facilitating of consulting sessions including scheduling patient appointments

Answering telephone calls & assisting patients with their queries

Billing and receipting patient clinics

**Skills and Experience**

Knowledge of medical software **Xestro (preferable) ** although training will be provided

Previous experience in a Medical Practice is **essential**

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent computer knowledge essential.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Ability to multitask and show initiative

Professional manner

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
