**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Business Partner to join our Retail Markets team on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Partnering, develop a trusted, strategic relationship with business owners and partner closely with stakeholders throughout the business.

**Duties**:

- Partner with the Sales & Marketing General Manager and their team:

- ensure they are receiving insightful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis for their area
- provide high level analytical support and strategic advice
- Drive business performance through worked initiatives with the business
- Lead the monthly performance reporting for Cost to Acquire and the Joint Venture for inclusion in the National Retail Report, Executive Report, Flash Reporting and specific JV reporting.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Sales and Marketing and the Joint Venture on a quarterly and annual basis
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities across your business area

**Skills and experience**:

- Degree level qualification in commerce, economics, accounting or other relevant numeric discipline
- CA/CPA/FINSIA/CFA/CIMA Qualification (or equivalent)
- Business partnering experience in a similar role
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Confident and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Proven ability to identify strategic needs, leading to sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to understand key business variables in a complex and changing commercial environment
- Demonstrated ability to highlight potential improvements in current systems and processes
