**THE COMPANY**:
This leading luxury retailer is located in the centre of Melbourne's CBD. They hold more than 50 of the world’s finest watch brands including exclusive partnerships with IWC, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Patek Phillippe and more.
**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a self-driven and polished professional with a passion for timepieces to join their team. You will have the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with high profile clientele and maintain the upkeep of the company’s professional image.
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
Supervise a small team of three Sales Associates and delegate daily duties;
Motivate and develop the team to ensure KPIs are achieved;
Provide exceptional customer service to high profile clients;
Store management;
Provide a personalised sales approach to every individual; and
Develop an intimate understanding of brands and product.
ABOUT YOU
You will have;
Previous retail management experience;
Passion and knowledge within the luxury timepiece space ;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
A polished and professional presence.
