**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in training (e.g., CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Training Consultant, or similar role, with a strong track record in developing and conducting IT training sessions.
- Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, software, and hardware systems.
- Experience with modern training techniques and tools in IT education, including virtual learning environments.
- Ability to create detailed training materials and manuals tailored to different learning styles and needs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging and instructing learners of various IT skill levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training schedules effectively.
