**About us**

BB Recruitment & Consulting Services is a recruitment agency that focuses on delivering quality care and service to the Early Years Sector and the healthcare industry facilitating permanent recruitment as well as casual relief shift work. We are seeking suitably qualified educators in the Early Years sector that are passionate, enthusiastic, caring and have the required knowledge of the EYLF to assist the day to day service delivery as well as supporting the permanent staff, children and families across various childcare providers in desperate need of relief staff when required We take pride in developing respectful and supportive relationships with not only our valued relief workforce but the childcare providers that continue to work with us for their staffing requirements. We assist a range of providers including non for profit, Catholic education, corporate, small independent centres and much more providing a range of shift types that will ensure you are provided with work

**Qualifications & experience**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Early Childhood Teachers

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Actively engage with children through play based learning
- Assisting with Indoor/Outdoor planned & spontaneous experiences as per the program
- Actively supervising children conducting regular head counts
- Supporting the permanent staff and children with their daily routine
- Developing relationships with children that make them feel safe, secure and supported.
- Contribute to and assist with the daily programming (observations, checklists and critical reflections)
- Support children during meal times throughout the day
- Undertake daily general tasks and cleaning responsibilities

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $46.00 per hour
