**About Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI)**

Our EFI operations provides employment opportunities for people with a disability who want to achieve personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans. Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging (food, general, pharmaceuticals), Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.

**About the role**

As a **Production Team Leader **you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes. Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Overseeing product quality
- Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment

**About you**:

- A manufacturing/production or retail background; you are comfortable operating machinery
- Experience supervising a small production team
- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial
- You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient
- Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team
- Forklift ticket desirable
