We welcome a **Personal Care Worker** of all levels in experience to join** Team TLC** and work across all shifts on a casual or part time basis.

**About the role**
As a **Personal Care Worker**, you will provide individual support and care to our Residents in accordance with care plans and Aged Care Standards.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of Residents are met
- Supporting and assisting Residents with a range of activities including domestic support, personal care, transport and mobility
- Monitoring, accurately recording and communicating the condition and changing needs of Residents
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and families to support resident care needs

**Things that matter to us**
- Certificate III Aged Care Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
