**Purpose of the role**
- Oversee investment portfolios, follow up on pre-vetted leads and seize opportunities in the Asset Finance space.
- Take responsibility for our Asset Finance vertical and assist our clients in securing successful loans.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent service to customers
- Fostering a high-performance team culture by leading from the front to procure clients and lenders within Asset Finance.
- Helping existing and new clients to secure the right loan for them and their situation.
- Pursuing new business opportunities
- Highest level Compliance
- Contributing to the development of new & improved processes
- Achieving monthly revenue targets within designated KPI’s.
- Building & maintaining relationships with businesses and internal & external stakeholders

**About you**:

- You will be a dedicated and driven individual
- with effective communication skills
- comfortable dealing with business people.
- Professional and friendly manner
- Proven ability to effectively influence over the phone & achieve monthly quotas.
- 2+ years of Asset finance or Business lending experience required
- Good commercial acumen & working knowledge of asset finance products.
- strong negotiation skills
- Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills.

**Salary**: $70,340.62 - $168,372.61 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
