Business Intelligence Support Analyst| Permanent Role | Kew

**Day to day you will responsible for**:

- Resolution of 1st level support calls and management of assigned help desk queues
- Provide 2nd level support through sharing specialist technical knowledge to other team members as required
- Proactively participate in continuous improvements to reduce call volumes and improve processes
- Provide advice to end users on correct and efficient use of systems

Who are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is desirable
- Experience in a technical IT support role
- Experience using Oracle database (12c and above)

Exposure to Microsoft BI products (SSAS, SSIS & PowerBI)
Exposure to Windows Task Scheduling
Exposure to Windows and Unix shell scripting
Good communications skills, both written and oral, across all levels of users and management
