- Salary: $66,469 - $81,142 p.a. (Pro Rata) AHP1 | Part Time, 18.75 hours p/w, Until October 2023

Join the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in the Day Rehabilitation Service where we support our clients to achieve their best level of independence. The Day Rehabilitation Service provides inter-disciplinary, short-term, goal oriented rehabilitation in a community setting.

As the Exercise Physiologist, you will work as part of the Ambulatory Rehabilitation Team to ensure outstanding care and outcomes to patients by providing a comprehensive range of therapy services to support early discharge and home rehabilitation within the southern metropolitan area. You will provide provide specialist services to medical and surgical inpatients to facilitate early rehabilitation and discharge as well as specialist services to patients living in rural and remote areas of South Australia utilising technology such as videoconferencing to provide intervention.

You will collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, to effectively plan and provide therapeutic interventions based on patient goals. This may involve consultation and liaison with the team, other professional disciplines and non-governmental organisations
