We’re looking for a **Sales Manager **to join our **New Building Solutions team **at **Brisbane Q.L.D.**

In this position as the **Sales Manager **, you will set short term and long-term sales and customer relationships targets aligned with the unit’s overall sales targets. He/she leads the sales process and sales team to achieve the sales targets by coaching and developing the sales team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Proactively develop customer relationships and have a connection with people in the business
- Lead a team of motivated and driven sales professionals
- Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities, orders, and contracts
- Develop and build team skill set to ensure they are meeting sales targets and margins are within KONE guidelines
- Build key relationships and drive alignment with internal stakeholders
- Weekly/Monthly reporting and forecasting attending internal meetings and presenting to the Leadership team.
- Estimating, tendering, and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up

- Demonstrated sales management experience, within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Ensures development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Previous experience building a high performing sales culture
- A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Highly motivated with ability to lead, engage and mentor a team - a people first mentality
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A data driven mindset
- Strong experience with reporting, forecasting and pricing
