**About the Position**
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and based in Woy Woy, you will manage a medium-sized team with the goal of growing the IT capability of our business to benefit our patients, referrer network and employees.
The position is responsible for defining, supporting and implementing IT strategic plans, recommending policies and procedures, and evaluating outcomes to ensure the organisation's effectiveness and efficiency. You will lead the ongoing development, implementation and assessment of cyber and information security strategies, solutions and policies and standards. You will direct technological research through gaining an excellent understanding of our organisational goals and strategies.
