**The Opportunity**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Reconciliation and Allocation of payments from the Daily Bank Statement
- Assist in Administration of Company’s Credit Policies to minimize arrears
- Follow up telephone calls for customers in arrears
- Process new Credit Applications and pass to Credit Manager for Approval
- Reconcile Customer and Customer Deposit Accounts on a weekly or monthly basis as required
- Monitor and regularly review the level of payment arrears, ensuring collection activities are followed
- Monitor and continually review level of Quality Assurance, ensuring Internal Audits are conducted
- Determine and Recommend Improved Policies and Work Instructions
- Ensure Current Procedures accurately reflect Work Instructions

- Degree qualification in accounting will be an advantage
