The Opportunity:
Due to customer growth, our Komatsu Rentals branch at Seven Hills is looking for a skilled HD Fitter/Plant Mechanic to join the team in our Service Department. This position requires you to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

As a Service Technician at Komatsu you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Did you know Komatsu is an RTO? We also provide a phone and laptop/tablet and uniforms/PPE for all our employees.

Roster: 5 x 7.6hr week + Overtime available

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter / Mechanic) Trade Certificate
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, and field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, will also be highly regarded
- A minimum of C class Licence
- Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded
- Working at heights qualification is highly regarded
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- A proven high level of customer service
