Are you passionate about guiding the next generation of skilled professionals? WesTrac is seeking a dedicated **Apprentice Coordinator** to join our team

In this role, you'll be the foundation of support for both our apprentice team and the apprentices themselves. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless coordination and support of our apprentice program, empowering apprentices to meet and exceed the requirements of their apprenticeships and paving the way for potential employment opportunities within WesTrac upon completion.

**Location**: WesTrac Institute, South Guildford

**Roster**:5/2 8hrs

**About you**:

- Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to maintain successful relationships
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including negotiation and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of WesTrac systems (SAP) & procedures
- Good working knowledge of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and National VET Framework
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan, manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve deadlines
- Intermediate level Microsoft Suite skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to problem solve

**Desirable**:

- Experience with apprentices and / or trainees and exposure to the development process and requirements of an apprentice
- Exposure to a strong safety culture and proven ability to encourage and maintain positive change with safety
