At The LBL House, we pride ourselves on offering our clients premium quality lash and brow services in our beautifully appointed Wollongong salon.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Holds a certification in Eyelash Extensions with the ability to create handmade volume fans (preferred)
- Has a minimum of 12 months experience as a lash artist (desirable)
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Thrives on building relationships with people (salon management & clients)
- Enjoys learning and up-skilling
- Enjoys working together in a team environment, and see the success and future growth of the business
- Has a “can-do” attitude and don’t like letting people down
- Has the ability to work unsupervised
- Is available to work Tuesday
- Friday, including two late nights per week (finish 8-8:30pm)
- Potentially work half day Saturday

**Main responsibilities of the role**:
**Providing beauty treatments to clients**:

- Lash extensions - Classic, Russian volume
- Lash lifting and tinting
- Lash and brow tinting
- Brow lamination
- Brow sculpting

**Customer Service**:

- Greeting clients
- Answering the phone
- Making appointments, rescheduling and rebooking
- Providing information to clients about our services and products
- Upselling treatments and products
- Selling retail items
- Confirming appointments and sending electronic forms to clients if needed
- Follow up with clients

**Housekeeping in the salon**:

- Maintaining the cleanliness of the salon at all times, to give our clients the best first impression upon arrival
- Maintaining the cleanliness of your own station (trolley and bed), and well stocked at all times

**Training**:

- Undertake necessary training (on-site & off-site) for all beauty services that we provide in the salon
- Ongoing mentoring and training in the salon
